Day 1- 2 Cape Town

 

The accommodation in Cape Town is close to the centre of town and gives you an excellent basis to explore all that Cape Town has to offer. 

Take the opportunity to visit the Cape of Good Hope National Park, Boulders Beach with its colony of penguins, Table Mountain, The Botanical Gardens, Robben Island and don’t forget the shopping and dining mecca the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.

 

 

Day 3 - Orange River

 

The Felix Unite Rest Camp has built its reputation over the years as one of the most amazing locations to visit in Africa. Your twin room en suite bungalows are located on the banks of the Orange River which meanders through a valley of mountains between two deserts. The facilities and hospitality here are second to none.

 

Day 4- Ais-Ais

 

The hot springs at Ais – Ais have drawn visitors to the area for more than a hundred years. Your Accommodation here in the Namibian Wildlife Resort bungalows are in en suite twin rooms. The bungalows are conveniently located at walking distance from the hot- springs which can be visited to relax in the afternoon. 

 

 

Day 5 - 6 Sesriem

 

Relax in the twin rooms made with flat rocks from the mountains around the Bethesda Lodge. Each room is equipped with all modern amenities and are in close proximity to the pool. The rooms have a wonderful view over the vast plains of the Namib with its different contrasts of rock, grass, mountains and sand.

 

Day 7- 8 Swakopmund

 

Swakopmund is a true desert oasis on the west coast of Namibia and your last chance to soak up some civilization for a while. The Fishermans Cottages are located in the Municipal camp on the Southern side of town and is within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, internet cafés and activity centres. Swakopmund is an amazing place where the dunes of the Namib desert meet the ocean. Double rooms with shared ablutions. 

 

 

Day 9- Uis

 

The Uis Hotel is located en-route between Swakopmund and the Etosha Game reserve and offers comfortable accommodation in an unspoilt desert paradise. The facilities here include a communal area, pool and bar. Double rooms with shared ablutions. 

 

 

Day 10- 11 Etosha   

 

The bungalows in the Halali Rest Camp will be your home for two nights – a central location from where to undertake your gamedrives. The facilities at all camps include a convenience store, restaurant, bar, pool, and most importantly a water hole for game viewing in the evenings.

 

Day 12- Rundu/ Bagani

 

Sarasungu Lodge is situated on the banks of the Okavango River where more often than not hippos and crocodiles can be seen. Accommodation tastefully decorated chalets under thatch with en-suite. In the evenings guests can relax and enjoy a candlelight dinner in the open plan restaurant with a performance by traditional dancers.   

 

Day 13 - 15 Maun (Okovango Excursion)

 

At the base of the Okavango Delta lies the frontier town of Maun. The Sedia Hotel offers clients a little luxury right next to one of the most amazing wildlife parks in Africa. The individually styled rooms, unique dining areas and pool will bring relief to all tired travelers who pass through here. A single or two day optional excursion can be booked for trips into the Delta where you can choose between bush Camping and other types of accommodation.  

 

Day 16- Chobe

 

At the Toro Lodge in the Chobi National Park you can watch wildlife from your balcony or relax with a cocktail next to the pool.  The 2 bedroom chalets have private balconies and a spectacular view over the surrounding scenery.

 

Day 17 – 18 Victoria Falls

 

Your accommodation in Victoria Falls will be at the Municipal Camp where you will stay in twin rooms with shared accommodation. The camp is located in the heart of town from where you can take a short walk to the street side curio vendors and the breathtaking Victoria Falls. Nothing quite prepares you for the awesome power of the falls. The facilities around the camp include restaurants, bars, a swimming pool and internet cafés.

 

Day 19- Buluwayo

 

Big Cave Camp is a private game lodge in the heart of the Matobo Hills in Zimbabwe. It borders on the Matobo Hills National Park, home of the world's largest Bushman rock art gallery, and of the greatest variety and density. At Big Cave you can retire at a days end to the natural rock pool and sundeck, and the famous Leopard's Lair lounge and bar. Twin rooms with shared ablutions. 

 

Day 20- Thsipise

 

Your second last evening on tour will be spent at the Aventura Bungalows in Tshipise. The mineral pools here will be a welcome rest after a full day of traveling. The accommodation here is in twin rooms with shared ablutions. 

 

Day 21- Pretoria

 

Twana Lodge which is located on the outskirts of Pretoria is an ideal location to recover at after your tour. The spacious lodge has facilities available like a pool, bar, common room and internet. The quaint bungalows are near the main house and the common ablution facilities.
